he might have been busy. besides Rich worked with James when he recorded the vocals on DTOE...

ah. I didn't know he was a full-on engineer producer...hmm.

he is very active in the Rush camp as well. mixed/engineered the last two or three live albums if I recall correctly plus the recent 5.1 2112 release.
