I wonder if IM setlist is going to rotate throughout the tour. I keep forgetting they're not DT and don't practice that  Cheesy, but it doesn't hurt dreaming, right?

DT is unique in that fashion of not playing the same setlist twice... who knows Friday's setlist might surprise us.

Could be funny if Maiden brought JLB on stage during The Number of the Beast to do the scream IMO Tongue

And it's kinda disappointing how there probably won't be many shots of DT's opening shows...could be interesting to hear Home done at 2010 (and I don't live in North America so I can't really see it personally).

In that case, it might be Iron Maiden syndrome the guys from DT are suffering right now  Grin

Mike did say it was rather hard being labeled the "opening" act, but they enjoy being able to tour with IM.

To be honest MP suprised me a lot with this repeated setlist. But still good though. Home rocks!

Well in fact this repeated setlist is nothing but good marketing. Like, all songs picked are very "metal" and medium-length, so as to adjust it to what Maiden fans are likely to prefer, a killer opener As I Am and a greatest-hit and MTV-friendly Pull Me Under for wrapping up, also one of the latest singles AROP and more or less TV-friendly Constant Motion. Best way for a heavy metal fan to get introduced into DT music. Kudos to MP

so there's two things going on through my mind:

a) thank god i'm not watching dt with this setlist
b) sucks that i didn't get a tix to watch maiden and this setlist. they are playing mostly from their last 3 albums which i dearly enjoy but i thought they were going to play the same songs as their previous 5 tours..LOL. so yes, it sucks to be me..

on the other hand, i might go to fates warning in san antonio

Mike stated in an interview with Roadrunner that the songs he picked where what he felt the IM fans might know about DT, either singles or music videos that fit the "sound" of IM as well....
