Really hoping for Breaking All Illusions...and then is it too much for a guy to ask for 6:00?  The acoustic songs will be sure to shiver me timbers.  Overall, I ain't complaining...at least not too much.

Setlist from San Fancisco, CA 09/24/2011

1. Bridges in the Sky
2. These Walls
3. Build Me Up, Break Me Down
4. Endless Sacrifice
5. Drum solo & Ytse Jam
6. The Silent Man (acoustic)
7. Beneath The Surface (acoustic)
8. The Great Debate
9. On The Backs of Angels
10. Forsaken
11. Through My Words
12. Fatal Tragedy

Kinda suprised they didn't play Breaking All Illusions and Lost Not Forgotten (instead of Under A Glass Moon Tongue). Hope they'll be shifting the setlist slightly throughout the tour.

That setlist is freakin' awesome. I will be totally ecstatic watching that! I am sure it will change up a bit though for Oct. 10th.

Yay! Changes of setlist! I only wonder why they play Breaking all Illusion or Outcry, instead of Breaking all Illusion and Outcry  Wink

Agree on that. I want both! I choose Outcry if I need to choose one, though.

wait until tonight's setlist and potentially the Seattle show will give an idea as to what the guys have planned.

I love the setlist. I hope they play this setlist plus "Far From Heaven" on October 10th in Boston Smiley.

I also love the song, but what represents "Build Me Up/Break Me Down" A conversation (monologue?) between a believer and his Messiah? Or is it rather a "message" to the fans?

"You build me up
You break me down
Until I'm falling to pieces
I crash and burn
I never learn
I'm your guilty addiction

Build me up
Break me down

Tonight I am the new Messiah
You defy
When I'm no longer desired
I'll be crucified ..."

The LA show was great.

Right before Caught in a Web, James said that he'd been reading message boards earlier in the day and saw that some people had problems with the set list from the night before (he said this with a bit of sarcasm in his voice).  I assume that they always intended to change things up, but it's kinda cool to know that they're reading what's being written here and elsewhere.

Amazing! So they are shifting the setlist after all! The element of surprise is still there, yay!
