The DT site now shows the San Diego & Mesa, AZ shows, but the SD show is 12/10.

The DT site switched the SD show back to 12/1.  It must have been an error that they corrected pretty fast.  I checked back on there since the 6 day gap worked better for me possibly getting a CO or NM show.  I still think they will come to Colorado on this "mini-leg"

Huh..my Boston meet and greet is at 5:30pm before the show...that's weird...do they do it after the show as well as before??

The M&G in Salt Lake was about an hour before Trivium started.  After the show, folks were just hanging out around the buses.  All 5 guys were very accessible after the show.  I believe they have consistently stayed for photos/autographs after each show.

I'd like to thank James for being so cool & nice at the Meet & Greet in Salt Lake City and after the show as well.  It was so cool that all 5 guys took time to take pictures and sign autographs after the show.  These are 5 down-to-earth nice gentlemen.  So refreshing.

It almost seems like he will do this 'lurching from side project to side project' until he THINKS he will be back into DT. I agree, he just needs to start a new band. Then he can control that however he wants. Unfortunately he is probably too controlling like Axel Rose at this point, and no one wants to work with him permanently. Side projects is all anyone will commit to. Him....maybe Mike can drum for 'Dominici'

For whatever it's worth, the Adrenaline Mob isn't supposed to be a side project for any member.  MP has stated that all of them (although they will have other bands) consider this a real band, as opposed to a side project.

Having said that, I'm not 100% sure what the distinction is.  If you are in another band, which is your "real band" and what is a "side project"?  I guess as long as they keep doing albums and touring, it is not considered a side project.  At the end of the day a side project is probably more like one and done.  I just know that MP went out of his way in a couple of interviews to state this.  He has said the same thing about the trio he is in with Sykes and the mystery bass player (this has been under wraps for quite a while, although with substantially less interest than the Mangini mystery).

I can honestly say, DO NOT depend on Youtube.  It will NEVER do him justice.  He was fantastic last night.  Period.

I agree.  I watched some of the footage I shot with my iPhone & camera and James didn't sound anywhere near as good as he did live.  He was so good!  I wish I had a good version of Silent Man from Salt Lake City.  I was too engrossed to even consider filming it myself.

Sounds great, Donna.  I love hearing about people's experiences when they are the time of their lives!!

Also, I just saw Mesa, AZ posted for 12/4.  It looks like a post-Thanksgiving leg (US date) is taking form.

Chant with me:  "Denver, Denver, Denver!"

So far:

12/1  San Diego, CA
12/4  Mesa, AZ

I heard they replaced The Great Debate with Breaking All Illusions?
Also, I can't find any announcement on the 12/1 show in SD.  This might mean other shows on either side.  It seems odd that they would do over a month after the TX shows and nearly two months before Europe.
Everyone chant with me, "Denver, Denver, Denver."

In the Salt Lake show, he was a bit off in Bridges but after warming up he was spot on all night.  The acoustic songs were absolutely spine-tingling (especially when he goes up an octave(?) in the 3rde verse of Beneath the Surface).
In short, James was awesome!

The encore for SLC was UAGM, not Pull Me Under as posted above.
Had an amazing time in Salt Lake.  The M&G was cool and all the guys were extremely nice.  Had a nice talk with James about his amazing vocal performances on ADTOE and Static Impulse.  After the show I talked with him about the acoustic songs and about how much I love that.  We chatted briefly about Rush doing that on the VT tour with Resist.
I really got a kick out of how all five guys took time with everyone after the show.  MM is so freaking nice and happy.  My Man Crush on him is continuing to grow to disturbing levels.
Don't know how to post pictures, otherwise I would share some.  My M&G picture turned out good.  Unfortunately, my after-concert shot with the Captain turned out a bit blurry.
James did sound great (particularly in the acoustic songs).

Thanks for posting.  I'm really looking forward to the show in Salt Lake City on FRIDAY!!!!  I'm a bit nervous flying on the day of the show, as I will never forget having a flight cancelled to miss a Rush show in Toronto back on the Test for Echo tour.

Really hoping for Breaking All Illusions...and then is it too much for a guy to ask for 6:00?  The acoustic songs will be sure to shiver me timbers.  Overall, I ain't complaining...at least not too much.

Can't wait to see the setlist.  I assume that it will remain static.
Got my M&G in SLC on the 30th!
